Q. What is QuickSourcing™?

A. QuickSourcing™ is a fast and efficient way to outsource work or tasks you need to get done, by buying blocks of our time, at a reduced rate over our normal hourly rate.

Q. Why do the hours I purchase expire in 30 days?

A. The primary reason is budgeting the time of me and my Team to get our work done in a timely fashion.  If a client was able to use some hours now, and then come back in 2 months to use up more hours – me and my Team have taken on more clients and are working on other projects at that time.  We want to give you our foremost time and attention, and that’s best accomplished in the 30 days after you sign up for your QuickSourcing package.

Q. Can I get a refund on my unused hours?

A. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds on unused  hours.  We strive to keep our package prices very reasonable (and when broken down to a per-hour basis, drastically lower than our normal hourly rate), and to keep staff on hand to get your work done in a timely fashion.  So the benefit to you is getting work done at a really good price; even if you don’t use every one of your hours -  you’re still getting your work done and at bargain pricing!

Q. How can I best utilize my hours?

A. Before you purchase your desired QuickSourcing package, have a list of work that you need done ready to go; or at least a general idea of work or projects you’d like for us to work on.  Prompt communication is also essential so there’s no lag time in working on your project while we’re waiting on information we may have requested from you for your project.  We’re partners together in completing your project – so if we work together diligently we will see the best utilization of your hours.

Q. How long does it take you to do the work I need?

A. That really depends on the work being requested.  I can say my Team and I are professionals with well over 20 years of combined experience.  If we have all the materials and things we need to begin your work, everything will go much faster.  There are always tweaks and edits on just about every project we work on, as the client reviews the work and requests edits.  This is a very normal part of working on any project.  As we usually have several clients at once, we strive to get down to work and complete projects as quickly, and accurately as possible.  We don’t want to rush and be sloppy – but we’re self-starters and motivated to get your work done in as timely a fashion as possible.

Q. What if I need work done not listed on your Services page – can you still do it?

A. Possibly.  Best to contact us and give us some details on what you need done and so we can determine if it’s a service we can provide.

Q. Can I talk to someone by phone?

A. Absolutely!  We do ask that you use our contact form to make initial contact, and we can then schedule a mutually agreeable time for us to chat by phone, or Skype.

Q. Once I purchase my QuickSourcing package – what happens next?

A. You will receive an email that contains instructions on how to submit work to us.  Should you not receive that email, please contact us.
